Vendor Manager Hub was founded with the mission of helping vendor managers and IT organisations to streamline vendor processes, optimize costs, and drive operational excellence.

I am Celia. My IT journey started when I was hired unexpectedly by a global provider of Digital HR. Although I did not have a technical background, I'm a quick learner. My dedication, resiliency and communication skills drove me forward. I quickly found myself moving across different departments, gaining experience on IT Support and Processes, Project Management, Product Management and Account Management.

Thereafter, I've decided to move to the client side where I had the privilege to work for 3 of Top 10 companies in F&B industry according to Forbes (2022). In this period, I managed a few of their Top IT Vendors (covering 30% to 60% of the Global IT spend). As a Global Vendor Manager, I ensured that the services outcomes achieved consistently IT & Business needs, securing quality and value for

money.

This unique experience allowed me to bridge the gap between vendors and clients, gaining insights into the nuances of a vendor-client relationship.

I combine my deep industry knowledge with a personalised approach, ensuring that the services align with your unique needs and goals.​
